DARREN LEHMANN

AUSTRALIAN CRICKET LEGEND

Darren Lehmann is a former Australian cricketer and coach of the Australian National Team. Lehmann made his ODI debut in 1996 and Test debut in 1998. He became a regular in the national ODI team in 2001 and Test team in late 2002. Lehmann coached the IPL teams Deccan Chargers from 2009 to 2012 and Kings XI Punjab in 2013. He also coached Queensland during the 2010/11 KFC Twenty20 Big Bash. He then went on to be the head coach of the Australian cricket team until 2018.

Lehmann founded the successful Darren Lehmann Cricket Academy over 15 years ago. Lehmann is passionate about working with young talent and is an outstanding keynote speaker, guest speaker and participant in Q & A. Travis Head is an international cricketer who is currently the co vice-captain of the Australian national team in Tests. Head is currently contracted to South Australia and the Adelaide Strikers for domestic matches.

Annette Edmondson is an Australian cyclist who competes on the track with Cycling Australia’s High Performance Unit (HPU) and on the road for the professional women’s team Wiggle High5. Edmondson was a bronze medallist at the 2012 Olympic Games for Omnium and has won gold, silver and bronze medals in this event at several World Championships.Edmondson was a gold medallist for Scratch Race and Team Pursuit at the 2014 and 2018 Commonwealth Games respectively and has won gold, silver and bronze medals for the latter event at several World Championships.

JASON GILLESPIE

AUSTRALIAN CRICKET LEGEND

Jason Gillespie is a former Australian cricketer who played all three formats of the game- Test, One Day and Twenty20. Gillespie primarily played as a right-arm fast bowler, but he was also a respected lower-order batsman- once scoring an unbeaten 201, the highest score by a night-watchman in international cricket history. Gillespie made his Test debut against the West Indies at Sydney in 1996 and his One Day International debut against Sri Lanka at Colombo in the Singer World Series in 1996. He also played for South Australia, Yorkshire and Glamorgan at first-class level. Towards the beginning of 2008, Gillespie announce his retirement from first-class cricket in Australia before a brief stint for the Anmehedabad Rockets in the Indian Cricket League.

Gillespie has gone on to have an illustrious coaching career. He started coaching various teams in Zimbabwe in 2010 before being drafted as the bowling coach of the Kings XI Punjab team in the Indian Premier League in 2011. Later that year he went on to become the first-team coach of Yorkshire for several years. In this position, he saw the team upgraded to first division where they won two titles. Gillespie went on to coach the Adelaide Strikers team in the Big Bash in 2015 and became the interim head coach for Papua New Guinea in 2017 before taking up his current position of head coach of Sussex in 2018. RYAN HARRIS

AUSTRALIAN CRICKET LEGEND

Harris is a former Australian cricketer who is currently the coach for the Kings XI Punjab team in the Indian Premier League.

Harris was a right-arm fast bowler for the Australian national cricket team until he was forced to retire during the Ashes tour lead up of 2015 with a knee injury.Harris’ injury hindered hm for most of his career, but despite this he remained one of Australia’s highest rated fast bowlers.

MARTY MATTNER

AUSTRALIAN FOOTBALL LEGEND

Mattner is a former Australian rules footballer who played for the Sydney Swans and Adelaide Crows in the AFL. He was traded to Sydney from the Crows in October 2007 in exchange for draft pick number 28. He was a Sydney premiership player in 2012 and a Sturt premiership player in 2002.

Mattner was Adelaide's leading tackler for the 2005 and 2006 seasons. He retired midway during the 2013 AFL season due to ongoing hip injury. He has sinced coached the Sydney Swans as a development coach and then Sturt as head coach, leading the team to victory in 2016 and 2017. This made him one of the few players to win an SANFL Premiership as a player and coach, as well as an AFL Premiership as a player.

Jake Lehmann is an Australian cricketer who plays for South Australia. Lehmann is the eldest son of former Australian coach Darren Lehmann, and nephew of former English player Craig White.

Lehmann began his first-class career in the 2014-15 season and enjoyed early success, scoring a double century in his second season. Tait is a former Australian cricketer who represented Australia in all three forms of cricket.He was a right arm fast bowler that experienced most success in One Day Internationals and T20 Cricket.

Tait was a member of Australia’s undefeated One Day team at the 2007 Cricket World Cup. Tait played for two T20 teams in the Indian Premier League and three teams in Australia’s Big Bash League. Jess Foley is a former Australian women’s basketball player who has represented Australia at both junior and senior levels. Foley was formally the captain of the Adelaide Lightening and won gold with Australia at the FIBA Oceania Championships in 2009. Foley attended Duke University in North Carolina for basketball and was subsequently drafted in the WNBA but could not play due to injury.

Foley currently works as a doctor in the Emergency Department at the Flinders Hospital. Foley is currently an AFL player and was part of Sturt’s inaugural SANFL Women’s team. Kiana Elliott is an Australian female weightlifter, competing in the 69kg category and representing Australia at international competitions.

Sam Welsford is an Australian professional racing cyclist. Welsford was a silver medalist at the 2016 Olympic Games in team pursuit. He was a twice-gold medalist at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, winning gold for team pursuit (world record) and scratch race.

Bell is a former Australian netball player. Bell’s career started in 2005 with the Sydney Swifts in the Commonwealth Bank Trophy. Bell was the first player in the history of the ANZ Championship to win three premierships. The first was with the New South Wales in 2008 and the second and third with the Adelaide Thunderbirds in 2010 and 2013

Bell is a twice-gold medallist at the Netball World Championships, representing Australia in 2011 and 2015. Bell Is a twice-silver medallist at the Netball World Series in 2014 and 2016. Marcelo Carrusca is a retired Argentine-Australian professional. He usually plays as an attacking midfielder. Carrusca started his professional career at Estudiantes de La Plata before moving to the Turkish side Galatasaray S.K. in 2006. He later played for Cruz Azul (loan) in Mexico before returning to Estudiantes in 2009. He then went on to play for Banfield (loan) and San Martín de San Juan before he went on to play for five seasons at Adelaide United in the A-League before finishing his career at West Adelaide.

Carrusca also currently oversees the Carrusca Football Academy where he coaches at private schools in Adelaide. He also assists with coaching at West Adelaide Football Club.
